Unitis: ‘Greenland’s future: Europe, USA or independence?’

On 27th of March 2025, UNITIS participants discussed the future of Greenland in the context of international relations. In the session, students identified the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches to Greenland’s status, including the possibility of integration with the United States, co-operation with the European Union and independence scenarios. In addition, participants analysed the impact of the chosen course on Greenland’s economic, social and political stability, as well as on its relations with key global players.
