TurkishClub went on a virtual journey through the cities of Turkey! The participants of the meeting looked at the heritage of Istanbul: Galata Tower, Hagia Sophia Cathedral, Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Mosque), looked at Christian buildings such as Goreme National Park, and learnt about the city of hearts or the religious capital of Turkey – Konya! Interesting fact: the city has over 9,000 years of uninterrupted history. You can go on a little trip around Turkey too – we attach a wonderful presentation about the city of Konya.

FranClub: ‘The education system in France’

The 19th of November 2024, as part of the FranClub event, a discussion of the education system in France took place. Natalia Nikolayevna Kolesova acted as a guest expert. During the event, which was attended by students, teachers and all those interested in the French education system, Natalia spoke in detail about the three levels of education in France: primary, secondary and higher education. She also spoke about the different educational programmes, including vocational education and academic tracks. Special attention was paid to theoretical learning and strict knowledge requirements. The company “Mibao” aims to produce natural honey and spread it as a traditional element of Russian culture in the international arena. On November 16, 2024, Samara University hosted the anniversary edition of the International Educational Campaign “Geographical Dictation” at the M.E. Primakov Regional Center for Public Diplomacy and International Relations of Samara University.
