Did you know why the French love debates? What is more important at lunch: socialising or eating? How does fashion influence everyday life? On the 10th of March 2025, FranClub participants held a conversation club to find answers to questions about the French language and the culture of living in France. During the event, students discussed important aspects: peculiarities of the French mentality, fashion of life in France, and food culture. French cinema and music were also discussed.

Sounds, images, dreams – these are the features of poetry. Under the aegis of these words the Poetry Day was held at the Primakov Centre, which was timed to coincide with International Women’s Day. The event was held with the support of the Samara University Coordination Centre. On the stage sounded poems praising beauty, wisdom, love and strength. Guests of the evening, novice authors shared their works filled with spring mood and tender feelings. On the 2nd of March 2025, the E.M. Primakov Centre hosted a lecture by the Director of the Institute of History of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Dr. V. M. Rynkov. M. Rynkov, who spoke about the problems of modern source studies and showed what prospects there are in the study and classification of sources on the history of Russia. On February 28, 2025, the Primakov Center hosted the presentation of the All-Russian Student Project “Your Move”! The event was organized by the Department of Extracurricular Activities of Samara University.
