On 24th May 2024 the VIII Volga Region HR Forum “Human Resources Management in the Context of Personnel Shortage: Best Practices and Tools” took place at the Regional Centre for Development of Public Diplomacy and International Relations named after Yevgeniy M. Primakov.
The event addressed one of the most topical issues of the Russian HR- management and labour market:
- Where and how to find employees more effectively?
- How to keep and motivate people for long and productive cooperation?
- How to build the right incentives and rewards?
- How to systematically train and develop employees without becoming a “source of manpower”?
Practical speakers from various spheres were invited to the forum to share their tools and practices in the form of questions.
The event was attended by 16 federal and regional experts.
