Olga Fursova, Acting Minister of Labor, Employment and Migration Policy of the Samara Region, met with students of Samara University. The meeting was devoted to the functioning of the employment service – “Modern employment Service: what is it missing?”
The event was also attended by Sergey Kursov, Deputy Acting Minister of Labor, Employment and Migration Policy of the Samara Region, Sergey Osetrov, Head of the Department of Administrative and Legal Relations of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration Policy of the Samara Region, Victoria Bolgova, Vice-rector of Samara University, Irina Loginova, Director of the Center for Attracting Investments and Supporting Innovative Projects, students of the sociological and historical faculties.

Olga Fursova, Acting Minister of Labor, Employment and Migration Policy of the Samara Region, in her speech noted the urgent problems faced by the ministry and pointed out the need to attract young professionals to the civil service. Sergey Kursov, Deputy Acting Minister of Labor, Employment and Migration Policy of the Samara Region, highlighted among the advantages of working in government agencies intensive professional growth, interaction with people from different fields and the social significance of public service, which allows to directly influence the life of society and improve the living conditions of citizens. Continuing this topic, Sergey Osetrov, Head of the Department of Administrative and Legal Relations of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration Policy of the Samara Region, drew the students’ attention to the creative component in the work of the Ministry of Labor staff, which is necessary to develop innovative solutions and effectively respond to changing conditions in society.
The questions of students, which the experts answered from the perspective of various humanities and research approaches, were not ignored.
At the end of the event, representatives of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration Policy of the Samara Region thanked Victoria Bolgova, Vice-rector of Samara University, and Irina Loginova, Director of the Center for Attracting Investments and Supporting Innovative Projects, for fruitful cooperation and high professionalism and expressed hope for further implementation of joint projects
