Примакова прошла Международная историческая акция «Диктант Победы», организованная Историческим факультетом Самарского университета. «Диктант Победы» — международная историческая акция, которая позволяет гражданам России и других государств проверить свои знания о событиях 1941–1945 годов. Мероприятие проводится с целью пробудить интерес у молодежи к событиям героического прошлого страны, проверить свои знания по истории, узнать новую информацию. Впервые Диктант Победы провели 7 мая 2019 года в связи с празднованием 74-летия Победы в Великой Отечественной войне. Диктант прошел в 24 государствах, включая Россию.
