On October 8, 2024, at the offsite meeting of the Association of Researchers of the Ibero-American World, Dmitry Rosenthal, Director of the Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Candidate of Historical Sciences, and Viktor Lazarevich Heifetz, Director of the Center for Ibero-American Studies of St. Petersburg State University, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, presented the Regional Centre for the Development of Public Diplomacy and International Relations named after Yevgeniy M. Primakov with monographs that were the result of the work of Latin American researchers.
