On October 8, 2024, A. Chupakhin, Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in Samara, took part in an offsite meeting of the Association of Researchers of the Ibero-American World at the the Regional Centre for the Development of Public Diplomacy and International Relations named after Yevgeniy M. Primakov (Samara University).
The meeting was devoted to the discussion of topical issues concerning socio-economic and political transformations in the countries of the region, cultural exchange, as well as scientific interaction with Russian institutions and research centers.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Veterans Council of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation V.I. Morozov. E. Villegas Mejias, Ambassador of Mexico to Russia, made a welcoming speech.
