On the 20th of March 2025, the E.M. Primakov Centre hosted an exciting event from ISClub – Arabic Language Night! We were glad to see everyone who came to discover the beauty and richness of Arabic culture.
In an atmosphere filled with oriental flavour, the participants got acquainted with the wonderful world of Arabic calligraphy. Mohamed Mawlya, a student of Samara University, helped us in this. Our guests not only saw examples of this ancient art, but also tried themselves as calligraphers, making elegant Arabic letters.
Then we moved on to learning new and useful Arabic words. The participants enthusiastically memorised phrases of greetings, expressions of gratitude and other useful speech constructions. We hope this knowledge will be useful to them in the future!
