️On June 9, 2025, Samara National Research University named after Academician S.P. Korolev signed a cooperation agreement in the fields of science and education with the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
On behalf of Samara University, the joint projects will involve the E.M. Primakov Regional Center for the Development of Public Diplomacy and International Relations, as well as the Social and Humanitarian Institute.
The agreement provides for the mutual exchange of information, scientific and educational materials, and accumulated experience on issues related to conducting joint scientific research. It also includes the organization of seminars, round tables, conferences, and similar events; the preparation and implementation of joint publications, including research reports, articles, and educational manuals; the development and advancement of joint scientific programs; and the arrangement of professional internships for Samara University students at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, among many other initiatives.
It is worth noting that cooperation between the universities has already proven to be quite productive. In 2024, a round table titled “Memory of Civil Wars: Experiences and Approaches of Different Countries” was held in collaboration with the Council of Young Scientists of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of the XI Annual International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists “Current Issues of World Politics.” Another round table, “The Development of Methods and Technologies of Information Confrontation During Domestic Political Conflicts: International Experience,” was organized jointly with the School of International Information Security of the Diplomatic Academy. Moreover, students of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently took an active part in the Samara Interregional Model United Nations 2025.
️️We look forward to continued fruitful cooperation!
